C&G Truckbodies
Bus & Passenger Transport Solutions
Built to move people. Engineered to perform.
At C&G Truckbodies, we design and manufacture bus and passenger transport bodies built around the people they carry and the environments in which they operate.
With a manufacturing heritage dating back to 1969, we bring decades of vehicle-body experience to every project — combining practical engineering, robust construction and customer-specific design.
Purpose-Built Passenger Transport
No two passenger transport operations are exactly the same. That is why we work with our customers to develop vehicles around their specific operational requirements.
From bus bodies and high-capacity personnel carriers to specialised passenger transport vehicles, each body can be configured according to passenger capacity, seating layout, access, windows, ventilation and operational requirements.
Our passenger solutions are suited to applications including employee and workforce transport, industrial and mining operations, construction sites, agricultural operations, shuttle services and specialised passenger applications.
Built Around Your Operation
A passenger vehicle must do more than move people from one point to another. It needs to work efficiently every day.
Our approach considers the complete operating environment — passenger capacity, accessibility, interior configuration, durability, ease of operation and long-term practicality.
From concept and body construction through to fitment and finishing, our team focuses on producing a vehicle that is fit for purpose and built to work.
Experience Since 1969
For more than five decades, C&G Truckbodies has built its reputation on practical manufacturing experience and the ability to develop solutions around customer requirements.
That experience continues today in every bus and passenger body we manufacture.
Quality. Engineering. People. Solutions.

Applications can include industrial cleaning, liquid waste removal, sludge handling, drain and pit cleaning, site maintenance and other specialised vacuum operations, subject to the specification of the individual unit.
Integrated Systems
A specialised tanker is far more than a tank mounted onto a chassis.
The tank, vacuum or pumping equipment, pipework, valves, filtration components, gauges, hoses and controls must work together as one functional system. Our approach focuses on the complete installation, with particular attention to accessibility, equipment positioning and practical day-to-day operation.
Custom Built Around the Application
Every operation presents different requirements. Capacity, material being handled, chassis configuration, pumping or vacuum requirements and operating environment all influence the final specification.
C & G Truckbodies works with customers to develop a solution around these requirements rather than applying a standard one-size-fits-all design.
From conventional tanker applications to specialised supersucker systems, our focus remains on delivering equipment that is robust, practical and engineered for real-world performance.

Repairs, Modifications & Refurbishments
Restore. Upgrade. Adapt. Keep working.
At C & G Truckbodies, our capability does not end when a vehicle or body leaves the factory. We provide professional repairs, modifications and refurbishment services across a broad range of commercial truck bodies, trailers and specialised transport equipment.
Whether a body has suffered operational damage, requires modification for a new application, or needs a comprehensive refurbishment to extend its productive life, our team can assess the requirement and develop a practical solution.
Repairs
Commercial vehicles work in demanding environments, and downtime costs money. Our repair capability focuses on restoring the structural integrity, functionality and serviceability of truck bodies and associated equipment.
Subject to assessment, repairs can include damaged steel structures, floors, sides and tailgates, doors and access systems, hinges and locking mechanisms, loading ramps, trailer structures, mounting systems and other fabricated components.
Modifications & Upgrades
Operational requirements change. A vehicle that was originally built for one purpose may need to be adapted for another.
C & G Truckbodies can modify existing bodies and equipment to improve functionality or accommodate new operating requirements. This can include body alterations, structural modifications, additional storage, access changes, loading solutions, racks, gates, equipment mounting, reinforcement and other customer-specific upgrades.
Where practical, we can integrate new functionality into an existing vehicle rather than requiring the customer to replace the complete body.
Refurbishments
A well-built truck body can often be given a productive second life.
Our refurbishment service is aimed at restoring ageing or heavily used equipment through a combination of structural repairs, component replacement, fabrication, surface preparation, refinishing and functional upgrades.
Depending on condition and requirements, a refurbishment can address both the appearance and working performance of the body, helping customers maximise the value of their existing fleet assets.
Across Our Product Range
Our repair, modification and refurbishment capability complements the C & G Truckbodies product portfolio, including bus and passenger bodies, dropsides, tautliners, tippers, livestock bodies, glass carriers, recovery and rollback bodies, trailers, tankers, supersuckers, fibreglass solutions and custom steel structures.
Each project is assessed individually because the correct solution depends on the condition of the existing equipment, chassis, intended application and scope of work required.
Extending the Working Life of Your Equipment
Replacing an entire body or specialised vehicle is not always the most commercially sensible option. Where technically and economically viable, repairing, modifying or refurbishing existing equipment can provide a cost-effective way to extend service life, improve functionality and return valuable assets to productive operation.
At C & G Truckbodies, the objective is straightforward: understand the problem, engineer the right solution and get the equipment working again.
C & G Truckbodies — Built for a Stronger Tomorrow.
